đïž How Should We Educate Tomorrow's Engineers?
What if the future of tech education has less to do with lectures and more to do with solving real problems? In the latest podcast from our partner Webellian, the team sits down with representatives of 42 Warsaw to discuss how software engineering education is evolving in the age of AI. The conversation explores peer-to-peer learning, practical experience, the growing role of artificial intelligence and why curiosity, collaboration and resilience are becoming just as important as technical skills. Poland has taken a strategic step in supporting one of its biggest AI success stories. In June, Vinci, the venture arm of state development bank BGK, acquired an $11 million minority stake in ElevenLabs, the AI voice company founded by Polish entrepreneurs Mati Staniszewski and Piotr DÄ bkowski.
