🇫🇷🐓 La French Tech Warsaw at the Economic Forum in Karpacz! 🇵🇱
La French Tech Warsaw team was delighted to participate in the XXXIV Economic Forum in Karpacz (2–4 September 2025), a key event shaping Europe’s political, economic and technological landscape. Over 6,000 participants gathered to discuss the major challenges and opportunities facing Europe, and we were proud to continue our three-year partnership with this Forum.
Our President Walid Barsali joined two inspiring panels:

Our newest La French Tech Warsaw podcast episode has just been released! Mark your calendars! On Saturday, 13 September (11:00–14:00), La French Tech Krakow together with Cracovie Accueil and the Réseau Francophone de l’Entreprenariat de Pologne (RFE) invites you to a back-to-school francophone picnic at Parc Jordana (pétanque field).
A friendly, informal, and family-oriented gathering to reconnect after the summer. Bring along a French flavour to share , your picnic blanket, and your good mood! Games like pétanque, badminton, football, and volleyball will be on site.

🇫🇷 🇩🇪 September 10 – La French Tech Awards 2025 in Germany
The big event of the year is almost here! La French Tech communities from Düsseldorf, Berlin, and Munich are joining forces for the La French Tech in Germany Awards 2025 – a unique celebration of Franco-German innovation. 🚀
This initiative brings together startups, investors, corporates, and institutions to showcase the best of the tech ecosystem across both countries. With 34 startups having applied, the stage is set for an inspiring evening highlighting the people and projects shaping the future of technology.
🚀 VC in Poland Hits EUR 130M in Q2
Recently we shared in our social media channels an interesting report – the “Polish VC Market Outlook Q2 2025” by PFR Ventures, which highlights a strong rebound in the Polish venture capital market.
In the second quarter of 2025, nearly EUR 130 million flowed through the VC market – the best result in many months. Notably, 40 transactions were seed rounds, the highest figure since the end of 2023. Later stages also showed positive momentum, with eight Series A and A+ rounds, including Spacelift’s financing of around EUR 45 million, accounting for one-third of the total.
The report underlines the growing maturity of the market, with more startups moving from early rounds to larger stages and the pipeline of new companies consistently expanding.
